I’m a yoga, Pilates + sculpt instructor based in Corpus Christi, Texas. My classes are music-forward, strength-focused and built to feel challenging without taking themselves too seriously.

You’ll find me teaching heated classes in Corpus Christi, Pilates on Padre Island, rooftop classes in Port Aransas + popping up around the Coastal Bend.
